Its a great gym, at the time I've chosen their is hardly anyone in the place. All new equipment as far as I can tell. Its also well cleaned and sanitized, one can never be to careful in these times, ya know. Really nice and helpful staff is a plus as well.

Open 24/7 which is super convient for me. Prices are decent. The gym is always super clean and well taken care of. Currently they provide sanitizing wipes to wipe the equipment down with before and after using and hand sanitizer pumps are located in various places around the gym.

Not a bad gym. Good power racks. A good number of plates. Good size.

But, the "no chalk" rule means ruins it.

I go here now for Silver Sneakers which is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 9 am and 10am with Belinda. There are usually 15-20 people participating. It's fun and keeps us flexible, better balanced, and makes us think to coordinate movements.

I joined the gym back before Covid, then paused my membership until after being vaccinated. I didn't start coming again until the mask restriction was lifted for vaccinated people. I can't breathe well enough with a mask on to exercise.

I also attended Zumba Gold here with Lany Hyre before Covid. I really enjoyed it, though after developing back and hip problems had to stop. I enjoy the classes better than using the machines, though I've done that too.

The gym is nice and clean, has 3 bathrooms..2 with showers, plus a water fountain where you can refill water bottles. My only complaint is that the room we use for the classes mentioned above is usually warmer than the rest of the gym. I like it cooler.

Isn't 5 stars because price and doesn't have many gym equipment for a lot of people. But it is very clean and has single person shower/bathrooms which are awesome 👍

Staff is wonderful, great equipment. Ver clean and a great selection. Would definitely recommend!
