Called about a month ago and I was told it wasn't hot enough outside to check the ac unit then I called back 2 weeks later and was told he wasn't sure when he can come out and he also told me they would call me back and he never said so My dad had called again after a few days and then he said he cant do it and told my dad to get someone else. Over all he was very unprofessional and rude.
