Josh Burch offers quality, professional service. He was quick to respond to a request to install several lights in my home. He arrived exactly when he said he would with all of the materials needed to do the project. He completed the installation in just a couple of hours but still took great care in his work.

After he completed the lights, I mentioned wanting to hire him to fix a broken outlet for me at a later date. He actually fixed the outlet on the spot without charging any additional services. He explained why the outlet had stopped working, explained what the installer could have done differently to prevent the failure and explained what I could do in the future to fix the issue which cost him money in the long run.

He is obviously knowledgeable, passionate, patient and professional. His rates were very reasonable, especially considering the caliber of his work. I'd highly recommend using J. Burch Electrical Services.

Josh was referred to us by a friend and we are so glad! We had a few electrical issues at our new house and we were nervous about how much work it was going to take to fix the issues. I needed Josh to take a timer off my restored vintage oven. He came and did that...charged me for it $125.00 Which I paid. He then charged me another $55. and told him I would like to pay the rest when the job is done! He said he would email my receipt. Never got it! When the time came to put new timer in, after sending it back out to Antique Appliances~ he has ignored all my phone calls and emails. Even the guy at Antique Appliances in Georgia has left numerous messages and emails and still no reply. I don't understand why he has not completed the job. So per my unanswered phone and emails I have resorted to giving a one star review. If I could give all ZEROS I would, because now I need to find another electrician to do the job. If he was unsure about the install, he could have said something! Young and entitled and very rude. How not to treat a paying customer! I sincerely hope he gets his act together, because I just do not understand his ignoring us. Unless he has passed on....Got your reply BELOW and all I can say is...YOU TOLD ME TO CALL YOU WHEN I RECEIVED THE TIMER! STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU EVEN AFTER MY POOR REVIEW.

My wife and I just moved into our forever home and the home was in need of some updates mostly lighting. When looking for and electrician Josh, was the only one who contacted me back after reaching out to others for so long. He came out gave me an estimate and time frame in which it would take to complete. He showed up on time the first day and put in long hours to get the job done. And we could not be any happier with the outcome. We have the second part of our remodel to do and will for sure be calling him back as well as my number one referral when anyone I know has a job to do.

Josh did outstanding install of an EV outlet at my home. Quite a distance from my C/B panel in my basement to where the outlet was installed in my garage. Hands down the most knowledgeable ethical, contractor I have ever worked with in any field. Fast, well tooled, with everything that a Master Electrician needs to do the job properly from planning to execution to clean up. Equally just a great person in general which carries over to his profession. A shout out to my son Nick who referred Josh to me after he had the same great experience having his EV outlet as well.
