This is run as a customer based business. They prioritize needs. They are prompt, courteous, and efficient. I have used this company twice. I have referred several people to them and the feedback has always been positive.

Graham-Simon is an excellent company to do business with. They are very efficient and reliable. Frank and Matt did a wonderful job installing my new HVAC system. They were both very courteous and professional. I will definitely be recommending this company to family and friends. Thanks for a job well done.

I had an issue all the way down in Snowshoe and they were able to come to my home and fix an issue I was having. They were quick to schedule me, followed up the day beforehand, and were helpful with me in getting my claim with a warranty company approved. They'll be my go to from here on out.

Was charged $400. 00 for a hours work.
The only thing the second plumber did was flip a switch on circuit panel and no parts were provided . I was ripped off!!!
They also never arrived for first appt and showed up 1/2 late on second appt

We were very pleased that they could come out so soon and that they fixed our faucets and stopped the leak and updated what needed done. We will definitely call them again if we have another plumbing issue!!

Two gentlemen came up to run camera down one of our floor drains. Due to corrosion they were unable to perform the service. Very polite and professional.

My 2 technicians were Cody and Jimmy out of Elkins West Virginia They were very professional and were trying to save the home owner money Their corporate office had a few scheduling conflicts and they had to move us back like 2 months But once Cody and Jimmy got here it was all business I'll keep you posted if we get any type of credit for them moving us back in their schedule so far Other than the scheduling conflict I would recommend the Elkins based business to my friends
