Shockingly rude.

A day later and I still can't believe it. They definitely went above and beyond, and I don't mean that in a good way. I can't even imagine treating anyone with that sort of attitude, let alone a customer. It was clear that I was unwelcome.

Unfortunately they took so long to check if my medication was in stock and to decide on a price for me, that I really didn't want to have endured that for nothing.

In the end, my $75 (more than I pay at my usual pharmacy) is the last money they will ever see from me. Seeing as how I was up front about being new to their pharmacy, I can only surmise that my business is not needed and very clearly not wanted.

I have 3 daily prescriptions I take and 3 other members in my family, one with asthma. I was interested in supporting our local pharmacy rather than driving farther to a chain store. I was treated like I was bothering them in a major way. I am so sorry I even stepped foot in that building. I wish they would have been up front about not wanting my business so that my 4 yr old and I wouldn't have had to spend an hour in there while they acted so unprofessional and rude.

If you want to be treated like garbage and pay more, then I recommend Reeds Pharmacy. If you dont then I wouldnt go anywhere near there.

I have been getting my medication here for about a year now. This place is wonderful. They usually have my meds filled the same day, they are always available to help me if I have any questions, they have a very friendly staff, and a beautiful gift shop. It is such a warm and friendly atmosphere. I give the staff at Reeds Pharmacy a SOLID 5 STARS for a job well done. ☆☆☆☆☆

Always have an issue with my insurance. The girl with purple hair is so so rude. I was just waiting on my medicine and she snaps with what do you need. Even the pharmacist looked at her. I will never return here.

I have been trying to get a prescription filled for two days. When I went to pick up the prescription, I was told they would have to order it and it would be in the next day. Something this pharmacy has never done is call you when there is a problem with your prescription. You don’t find out until you pick it up. Today, I was told they can’t get the medication ever. Again, no phone call letting me know there was a problem. What a terrible experience.

I love the ladies behind the counter. They are so nice and considerate. They have a tough job dealing with some of the duties and people but always seem to take good care of the customers. I'll forever praise the wonderful job thanks so much. You all Rock

The staff are always very busy, efficient and pleasant. The pharmacist (guy with the beard) is tops in my book. He is always willing to answer my question and makes the extra effort every time. Great place.

Very helpful in information regarding Covid shots and booster shots. The Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and personable

Extremely rude staff with either an inability to do their job, or simple laziness.
