Extremely nice, polite and helpful staff. The girl who helped my script transfer today went above and beyond to make sure it was done and done correctly..

This place is Gucci just like the rest of this Kroger. You get good care and get it fast!

Called at 11am for a transfer from another pharmacy and I call at 6:20pm the same day...still not atleast transfered. There was no record of a phone call made or anything. This is the second time and I'm a pharmacy tech, it shouldn't take that long for a transfer to begin with. One person calls another, types it into the computer and it's done. Turns out the pharmacist didn't listen when I told him the insurance paid for it under my maiden name not my married name. So nothing ever got transfered or done when I called both times with two different pharmacists aware of my last name. Now I'm going without till tomorrow, hopefully it's done.

I just got off the phone with the sweetest lady at this pharmacy. her name is Betsy! I just want to say thank you so much she answered all of my questions and was very kind. thank you again!
