My alternator went out on a Saturday morning while we were visiting the area. Burns auto care fixed my car and had us back on the road Sunday. Highly recommended!

We discovered a flat on our car on a Sunday morning when we were supposed to be headed back home. Burns Auto Care fixed it in about 15 mins at a reasonable price and got us back on our way. Highly recommend!

We stopped into Burns Auto Care on our way through town after we had some brake issues. We were complete strangers who interrupted the owner and asked for much-needed help. He instantly said he would try to help and had our car up on a lift and started inspecting our brakes in a matter of minutes. He couldn’t have been a nicer guy who really helped us in a pinch. We will always be grateful for his help, honesty and kindness. We highly recommend!

Burns auto is a friendly service in Thomas west Virginia. On labor day the owner came and changed a tire on my jeep grand Cherokee under the bridge in Thomas west Virginia and today he unmounted a tire and Mount and balanced the tire. I blew a tire in the middle of the Dolly Sods and was desperate for one because I didn’t have a spare. A nice couple drove my partner and I to this shop and luckily they had a used tire to fit my rim. the tire still had pretty good trim on it too! matched pretty much the one I blew. The mechanic was so nice and helpful and was so compassionate towards my situation. only charged me $25 for the tire. truly great service!

Loye was our guardian angel during our last visit to Canaan. While AAA could not send any one to help us for a day and a half of no car, Loye came to the rescue. With his trusty plug-in computer, he scanned all electronic devices, diagnosed low voltage from the battery, jumped started the engine and reset all the flashing alerts. He warned that the battery could be damaged and advised that we not rely on just the jump stare in lieu of a new battery. Sure enough, we didn’t drive far toward an auto parts store before the car died again. The next day, Sunday, Loye offered to drive to Oakland, MD to pickup a new battery and install it for us. This experience was not only expedient, but heartwarming despite the very polarized world we have created. Loye’s smiling face and determined spirit will forever remind us that good, kindhearted people who lookout for each other are everywhere and will help when they can.
