S & P Harley Davidson

I just want to say thanks to Steve, Duane and the entire Service and Parts team. What started out as an appointment to do somewhat minor repairs, then grew when my bike died with no spark, just prior to my appointment. Steve was able to squeeze it in after getting my original problem fixed, found my ignition problem, gave me an estimate and on my ok, ordered the parts and got me back on the road within a couple weeks. Feels good to be back on the ole XL1200C. Patsy, your team is great !

Yesterday I spent a little over $700 on parts and #42 was so helpful. Today I needed to exchange a part and buy a throw out bearing with clip. #60 was the man behind the counter today, and he insisted the piece given to me yesterday was the right one, even though I had old piece with me off the bike. It was obviously not going to fit and he got snotty when I told him so. #60 shouldn't work around customers.

I jumped the gun and I apologize to S&P. Today I received the nicest phone call from Patsy (co) owner, who did everything in her power to make things right with me. #60 was recovering from a bad tooth which I can understand. On Tuesday I will get another phone call after they look for the parts I need.

Highly recommend S&P Harley Davidson, had the water pump go out on Memorial day, was at the dealer when they opened on Tuesday morning. They had me back on the road quickly. Very friendly and very professional. Thank you Steve and Patsy

When you call, they answer the phone promptly. Very courteous and do their best to answer all your questions. If you need service, they will offer you the next available opening. They do great work and the mechanic will talk to you if you have any questions. I highly recommend S&P harley davidson for all your needs.

I’ve bought two Harley Davidsons here and heavily modified one for me. They have a neat shop of bikes, lots of accessories, and super mechanics, and great people. Highly recommend.

The ONLY plus was Tommy on the sales floor was professional, courteous and friendly.

My girlfriend was talking to him about purchasing a 2022 Free Wheeler.

I wandered over to the merchandise counter to get a couple of poker chips. The clerk asked if I had more shopping to do. I said yes then she reached across the counter to take the chips back. I asked, "Are you afraid I'll steal them?" To which she got the deer in headlights look and said, "Well ..."

I pushed the chips back to her, gathered up my g/f, told Tommy the clerk had just cost the store a sale and walked out.

Treating paying customers, even potential customers, is no way to run a business.

We made this dealership into our first stop of the day. What we got was a very pleasant staff, BOGO dealer t's, some free stuff and lunch ! AWESOME ... Thanks S&P
