Very polite and it’s obvious that they care about the customers. A manager went above and beyond to help me out and saved me from having to buy a new tire when he could have easily made a $100+ sale, but instead he made a very happy customer.

Tires and oil change done super quick. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable personnel. Will be back again!! Thanks!!!

Nobody answers the phone, decided to just go in to see if they had anything available that day. 5 of us in line with associates walking by not saying anything to us. After waiting all that time someone comes out and says they can only get the next customer and the rest of us need to leave. Not bringing my car back here

Got 5 tires mounted, balanced and out the door with no hassle.

Terrible, wanted headlights polished (cleaned) and left my car at 10AM and went to pick it up at 3PM and it was never touched after they told me it would be at 3PM. I went to another shop and it was done immediately (took 30 minutes) and they matched Walmart price. Called to get tires 2 weeks ago, called 3 times with no answer at any time, spent $805.00 at another local tire shop. Your store in Moundsville WV is the worst automotive store I have ever tried to deal with, NEVER AGAIN!

Three trips back and my car still has issues from getting four new tires. Lots of money wasted each time I gave this place a chance. I will wait weeks for that apt next time elsewhere before coming to this tire center. 2 stars for the workers who actually try and are kind

Had to go to the Walmart at the Highlands.
The one in Moundsville with female clerk and purple hair did not even want to talk to me or the other two customers.
After 30 minutes the two customers and me all walked out.

Purchased tires for my girlfriend who had too tires blow while up for two family members that passed. I'm 9 hours away have a hard time about picking them up, then refused to mount them and left her abandoned over an hour from away in the middle of nowhere she's 19... Way to leave a 19 year old girl abandoned in the middle of nowhere
