Great towing place. My car got towed to here after I was hit in Moundsville. They let me get into my car not once but twice to get stuff out for work. Nice people. Good service.

I ended up being happy with my mirror after they got it right when they got it in the second time after getting the wrong one the first time. Mistakes happen. However, it was relayed to me that they would notify me that they would let me know when they would be ready for me to bring my car in each time and never did. So I felt like a burden having to call and check several times and sometimes getting an answering service that didn’t relay one of my messages. I also tried to call after hours wondering if I had left my debit card there because my hours at work don’t allow me to call during normal hours. I’ve now had to cancel my card since that was the last place I used it and I assume that’s where it is. Since it is hard to get ahold of them, it was the next best solution for a Friday afternoon and now Saturday. Maybe they’ll get a secretary to help with the phones in the future. The first time I ever called the guy forgot he left me on hold for five minutes and I had hung up and called back. That should have been a sign. I like to keep business local and give the benefit of the doubt.

Great service as soon as I walked in the door, got me in within two days and only took an hour and a half!

My Hummer needed a side mirror replaced. Mr. Bob was knowledgeable on what part to order, a fair price including labor was given, part ordered and about two weeks later, the part was replaced on the Hummer withing a couple of hours and o was back on the road. Happy to do business with them.

Very experienced driver! He made a difficult situation look like a walk in the park. Quick to answer the phone and quick to show up. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks guys
