Advance Auto Parts

I was on a rode trip, my wipers wasn't working good. So, my boyfriend stopped here to replace them. The sells people here was very helpful, and the place was very clean.

I've been to many advance autos , all over this great state. And I must say this one is my #1 out of the lot. Reason ? Is definitely the service,this is the only advance I've seen were the employee actually comes out from behind the counter/ computer.also I think 1or 2 of them might even know what a alternator is without having to look it up on their computers.

Didn't have what I needed and employee was not helpful at all, didn't even try to look up what I needed.

Who ever is working today at the Ravenswood Advanced Auto store on 10/25/22 at 3:45 pm is rude, lazy and a smart mouth.
Not a good look for a store that we use quite often. Very disappointing.

The people are great here however it's been storming today and their computers are down and they have no way of selling anything they said. I think every businessshould have a backup system because computers fail all the time. What happened to good old-fashioned adding and subtracting?

Very rude set of people here. Doesn't care about customers. Lie to customers. And when you gotta order something... and it doesn't end up coming in when it's supposed to. They don't inform you about it.

They put my blinker in without me having to even ask them! Super polite and helpful!
