It started when I took my car to get repaired about 2 months ago. They kept my car for 3 weeks and put almost 200 miles on my car plus it had mud caked on the mirrors. My car has not been runny right at all. Plus we took it to get the oil changed and now it's worse than before. You need someone that knows how to works on cars. I haven't mentioned my tires 25000 on them and now they are balled they shouldn't be. I thought when you rotate the tires they were balanced also ? It is not made clear at the time that it's 90 dollars more. You put in the computer that you put a sticker on my car and you did not.

Per our recent experience at Thornhill Chevrolet. The staff that we had the experience of dealing with seemed very professional, truthful, and confident of their business. We recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Trax, and although there was a flaw on the hood of our new vehicle this did cause us some problems and I was very disappointed. Our salesman was very eager in my return of the vehicle to help and repair the damages, and also has offered me a loaner vehicle while it was taken care of. I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend this business and my salesman to friends. I would recommend this dealership to other folks.

We were customers that broke down 6 hours from home. Fuel pump went out on truck. We were confident that a dealership would do the job right. We were very wrong...come to find out...another 12 hour round trip to get our truck and $1,600 dollars later ...half the job was completed with a part that is completely obsolete! Which means, now that we are home we can't have it fixed 100% because of the parts they used to fix the problem! We are back at square one with the wrong parts installed in our vehicle! Be very aware of what you pay for, especially if you are from out of town. I feel like we were taken advantage of because we were so desperate to have it fixed to get back to Ohio. Shame on you all for taking our money and NOT fixing our truck properly. Many calls have been made and they are NOT willing to help remedy this problem....

So I have been dealing with Thornhill for about 15 years. I have NEVER been there that they have never not met my needs or wants. From buying a vehicle or having one worked on. I have never had a bad experience there. I usually deal with the same smiling faces when I go. I was just there yesterday to have my truck worked on and dealt with Jackie Collins. She always does a good job in the service department and takes care of me. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable. If your looking to buy a new car come here. They will take care of you and always find a way to make things work for you and your needs. If your looking to get your vehicle worked on go there they WILL fix your vehicle and even get you a loaner car if it’s going to be long. I love Thornhill and I’m happy to take my business here.

Eric Pauley and Marcie Rollins were excellent! Transportation to the dealership was a problem for us due to a recent accident, and Eric sent a driver to pick us up and take us to Thornhill! We were met with courtesy and excellent service in every instance and couldn't be happier with our purchase experience!

Always take our vehicles to Thornhill. We feel we can trust them to do great service and not try to sell us something we don't need. Always great to get us in and out. Everyone in Service is awsome especially Jackir, Mike C and Judy, also the other Mike.
