Hershman Pre-Owned Auto Sales

Purchased a 2011 Nissan Titan from Roger today. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. After dealing with multiple dealerships for the past few months, this was the fastest and most straight forward deal we found. Roger put us in a truck that meets our needs in an afternoon, while larger dealerships have taken days of our time with no positive results. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them, and I would definitely do business with them again. Side note: It was a two and a half hour drive (each way) for us, and it was worth it.

Great experience, we were able to get exactly the car we wanted because Roger was willing to work with us to get the car at the price and payment that worked for us. It’s also the nicest car we’ve purchased. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying Thank You to Ely for doing his magic and getting me approved. Even got me a better rate than what I have on my current vehicle!

My son and I started looking for used vehicles and immediately I went to Hershmans website. As predicted my teenager found one. It couldn't be just any regular car, it had to be the sporty looking 2012 Dodge Avenger. We stopped the next day (since we drive by their lot daily) and was able to take the vehicle for a test drive.

The rest that story is history as that Dodge Avenger is currently sitting in my driveway and I have an extremely happy and semi spoiled teenage son!!!

Of course I'm an extremely happy mom as well since the price was just right and my son will now understand the beginning of adult responsibility. Even if just a little.

Btw, I was relaxed over the fact their 90 day/4500 mile warranty covers the major stuff to the basic stuff! Again, thanks guys for taking care of us!

Buyer beware on these vehicles, staff is very nice and willing to help you and work with you during your buying experience but I don’t recommend you buy a car from them. They either don’t keep track of recalls on their vehicles or just don’t tell you and definitely don’t have them looked over very well before selling. Bought a vehicle here and fast forward a couple months down the road and the Catalytic converter fails turns out a recall was issued on this model just prior to me buying it I am just now finding this out and am right over the mileage limit sure they’ll be happy to sell you something but you’re on your own when it fails right after you buy it because they’re done with you as soon as walk of the lot. I will say during the car buying portion they were very willing to work with me when I was in a tight spot and very polite and helpful I have nothing bad to say about the staff and customer service here they were very professional but they may want to have a second thought about the mechanic who looks over these vehicles before sale the garages I have been too for quotes to fix this problem have all said “any certified mechanic should have been able to spot this coming we make our living because we notice things that are broken or going to break that most people don’t see we see this stuff every day so you can stay on the road”

I bought a Suzuki from Sean 10 years ago and was one of the best purchases I ever made, so of course after 10 years, I needed another vehicle. The Suzuki gave me 10 years of a great buy. So of course, I chose Sean again. Got a great deal on a Hyundai. Thanks Sean.

Roger was honest, patient, and willing to work with me to get me in my new car the same day I arrived. Their customer service is top notch, and they help guide you through the whole process, leaving no question unturned. They’re willing to work with all credit and down payments. They went above and beyond from the second I stepped foot in the lot.

We are pretty new to the area, and needed a second car for my wife’s work. We called ahead of time, but ended up coming in a day early to look at the car. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Roger who had all our info ready and basically said we could take as much time as we needed to look at/test drive the car. When we got back, Roger was so helpful in informing us about different things and moving the process along. And even though our credit company took quite a few hours to sort things out, Roger waited with us every second (we talked and laughed a bunch) AND he found ways to help out anyone else who walked through the door in the meantime.
