Butch has kept my Toyotas running for 30 years I have bought parts from other Toyota dealerships when I had to . but doing business with Butch is very helpful and understand. His customer service is excellent. he will do where others fail . He will get your parts right every time. Toyota and Lexus should reward him for his excellence customer service , his views and ways are Higher than others .

We drove an hour and a half after confirming that they accept the Toyota plant deal. We get there and drive the car we wanted and was ready to buy, then they said that we can't use the Toyota plant deal on hybrids. They said it was a Toyota rule, which is a lie! It was a made up rule of theirs on the spot. They are liars here and I will not be back and I wouldn't recommend them at all!

Bought a Pontiac Solaris, a few months ago 2009, they say they do a 25 point inspection, the first time I went to open the passenger door it came off, I hardly drove this car since I had it, went to start it and the car won't start, the light work the radio will not, I have not even put 500 miles on the car, now I have to pay to have it tow and fixed, I don't think they did a inspection on this car at All, because there was a lot of dirt around place will you would have to inspect.😡
