Very open and modern. Staff has always been extremely courteous to those waiting. They move pretty quick which is surprising. Love the fact they moved here. It makes it more accessible instead of having to go towards the town of Logan then off the beaten path.

This place is very un organized. They didn't hook up but 1 tv in my whole house.l, didn't know their installers were supposed to come back and finish and also couldn't even gove us an account number so we could pay the bill. The office is just as bad as the installers. 90% of the time theirs a sign on the door saying be right back. I hope they get it together sooner than later or I'll be switching back to frontier.

The post I did before I just accidentally deleted. So now in brief description. Since November 26 2019 I have been trying to get Suddenlink to come and add 2 TiVo boxes. I have had so many problems with them. A ton of no show's and 3 time's they showed up. Long and short of it is on new year's Eve they were supposed to come change the boxes that did not work. Well no one showed up but they are charging me for not being here when we were all home and they are charging me for the boxes that do not work. I'm am completely at a loss. I think it's time for a change. I would rather have frontier at this point.

They sent a workman out my property who didn't call first, hooked the modem up to a cut line, didn't stick around to test the signal, and could not be reached afterwards. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize the cable he used was curled up in the floor, unattached to anything.

I gave orders not to send the same guy, but the same workman came out again. He called before he came, hooked it up, left before it worked, and cannot be reached again. This is my second time quitting Suddenlink. My parents also left the company.

Employees don't know hardly anything about the phones they sale..and phone signal absolutely sucks around logan, wv area!! The amount they make in revenue..u would think they would have more cell towers around!! Terrible quality!!

Can never get a human on the phone and when I do they say they’ll call back! That doesn’t happen! Ask for a supervisor and none are available.
I pay for unlimited internet access ( have for years) and the bill continues to rise!
I don’t get credit for days that my service goes out ( at least once a month).
I’m currently on hold, once again for over forty five minutes and I have been a customer for many years! I will be switching to Frontier

I have called every number available to me and still no answer.
Only recorded messages telling me no representatives are available.
Horrible service.

I am waiting for my tech now who is an hour late. My service goes out at least twice a month. I used to pay $180.00 bundle service. They just raised it $20.00 for no reason a couple of months ago. They know they have cornered the market here, but I’ve had enough. Time for satellite.

Just went there to pay a bill. But it's aggravating having to stand in the cold because of covid. I don't think it's gonna go away people just need to do what they can to keep everything sanitized and clean. No matter how clean or sanitary you are there's always a chance on getting covid regardless. But we can't end our lives and not have contact with anyone any more. Those that have survived and are still living, and those that are alive need to move forward and get on with our lives as best we can instead of living in fear of something you may or may not catch. They have come up with a vaccine, it doesn't cure or keep you from getting it. But it keeps it at a minimal just like the flew shots do. My complaint is having to stand outside in the cold that was rediculos.
