I searched three states for the car I wanted. Which was a 2019 Challenger SXT AWD. The deal at the time was 8000$ less than any other store. No high pressure just the best deal possible. I liked the friendly no nonsense atmosphere

They had people calling saying someone had a application with me trying to get a vehicle. I will not buy somewhere I have a $450 a month car payment for a used vehicle. I tried to get this issue taken care of they acted like I was stupid I showed them who all they called other than me and the fact the person worked there that called. So even though they have my brand I don't go there. Plus people they have selling cars tries putting you in something you don't want. Like Mitsubishi is not the vehicle I would own. I wad looking a truck 2 years ago they tried putting me in one. I told them isn't a dodge or toyota not happening. For the payment on a used tundra they wanted truck wasn't worth it being a 02 model. If they'd do better price,payments, and listen to the customer more they'd have more people. Coming in! Plus if we have w concern or complaint they need to take better care of the issue. Need not call me and people who know me about fake applications trying to sell things either.

Great place to do business with! They fought for me to get the price I needed to be at. I couldn't imagine any other place treating me so well. All I have to say is thanks guys! Took my flyer in to Thornhill Dodge to find a car. They didn't even have the car that was advertised. The salesman said I won a $5 gift card as if it was a favor. I told them to keep it. As I walked out; I heard another salesman sat that they did not have the $5 gift cards yet. SMH. In February, Thornhill Chevrolet wouldn't work with me on a used car that had a hood that wouldn't pop.
