Would like to take time to thank new store manger Paige. She did what she said she would do. She stepped in and fixed what the old manger said she would do but never did before she left the store. When I first met Paige I could see as she waited on the people before me that she cares about her customers and loves her job. Although she could not fix my situation herself she had the knowledge and took the time fix a problem that she was stuck with when she got the store. I know she has faced many problems with this store but she will take the time to do her job and to do right by her store’s customers. She knows how to get it done. And like I told her I thank God that he put her at that store. She cares about the customers and has a great attitude. Paige keep up the good work and never let go of your dreams good luck on your journey.

Got pretty good service here but I think its pretty bad you pay 1200 dollars for a phone and at&t don't give you one of the cases they have in store had to drive all the way to Charleston to get a case because the only one they had was gonna cost me another 63 dollars. Just saying would be nice to show ur customers you appreciate there business.

Every time I have ever went there needing help I'm always turned away with absolutely no answer to my problem. The new manager is the only one that even tries to help. Plus they have lost my trade in and I will not be getting my $800 credit!!!!!!!

Wonderful store and wonderful staff! I recently broke my phone and needed to get something new as I didn't have insurance and was due for an upgrade anyways. Devon and her team really helped me get the right phone and made sure this time I'm covered. I've always been a Samsung fan, though I like iPhone too, wanted to stay with Samsung. I had the note 8 and decided to go with the new Samsung phone and made sure this time I have insurance and have protection on my phone also! They sure made sure to understand my needs and get the right solutions.

I left a store in Beckley stomping mad on Sunday from the poor customer service I received. I was already stressed from having to purchase a new cell phone so near Christmas and I had a rude salesperson. I believe my salereps name was Elaine she was knowledgeable and helped me receive a nurse's discount that my old plan wasn't even eligible for. She assisted me with purchasing accessories and answer all my questions without a fuss. Truly felt she cared about her job and customers. I usually go elsewhere for my cellphone business but will be going there from now on and asking for her!
