As soon as I walked in, personnel were ready to help me find what I needed. Meghan listened to my questions and gave me information on the products I was looking for. She took time to get me exactly what I needed! I am very happy with my products. The store displays are attractive, the atmosphere is exciting, and the staff are hospitable.

Do you remember a few years ago when you could spend All day in a store without issue?!? After about 30 minutes of trying to find the right foundation I heard the employees saying "she's still in here" , lol yes, I am. maybe just a thought, don't have over 100 different brands to choose from let alone all the colors between, then what I can't look at anything else???? still spent over $130 and was still made to feel like I was just a bum hanging out, wth!!!

Love buying product here, however I will not use the salon again. I filled out the survey from the receipt and have not had a reply! The amount charged for what was "done" was ridiculous. Although the stylist was super kind, I was very disappointed.

The employees are always available to help you find what is needed. Though I personally hate it when workers constantly come up to me and ask if I need help, or if they can help me find what Im looking for, I am not too closed-minded to see this as a good work ethic for an establishment to have. Especially in a beauty products store.

They keep just about everything stocked, and I was hard pressed to find any product displayed to be out of stock.

The manager on shift this evening was very rude. All I wanted to do was return a defective perfume and exchange for another one. She told me since my order was after pay that I would have to do a refund then purchase the perfume all over again. I've never had to do this before but if it nesssary then she could've made the process go a little smoother with a better attitude about it. I ended up not getting another perfume.

I believe it was Brittany who helped me yesterday. (Dark short hair with some fun pops of color)

I went in because I tried to do a full face of makeup yesterday for the first time. (Normally just do eye makeup) Well it looked horrible in my opinion. So I go in and she greets me ever so kindly (other times I’ve either gotten eye rolls from employees when they greet me or they don’t speak at all). She helped me find affordable products to help me get started since I have 0 clue what I’m doing. She gave me advice and was very knowledgeable and honest. Helped me get a good skin scrub, cleanser and cream. As well as a good foundation, primer, concealer, setting spray, bronzer, lip exfoliator, and even a lip stick.
If I could give more stars for her I would. Girl needs a raise and more employees need to be like her. I’ve been in numerous times and no one has ever helped me. More employees at this location need to have the kind, caring personality like her. Because not everyone is a pro at makeup. Some would like to just feel confident and have no idea where to start. I can not afford expensive makeup either but she helped me find budget friendly stuff and even got a good foundation. Be like Brittany.

In all the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping this store was so refreshing to go in I was shopping for two teenage granddaughters and was so lucky to get a sales person who knew all new teenage rave items I believe his name was Robert and if not I am sorry he was so helpful and informative about several products I asked about to plant based or organic . I have to say this was the best shopping experience I had that whole day he is a real asset to the store and I will be back again . Thank you so much I appreciate it.

The cashier who was working was very helpful in looking an acne medication. She recommended a product that had worked for her. I did not purchase this item but I appreciate the time she took to help me!
