Wonderful people to talk to. Excellent service. Easy to pay my bill and whenever I have a problem its taken care of without any problems.

Derrick Barr is an outstanding problem solver to be sure. The women in the moorefield office are problem creators. They are rude and petulant! After they insult you they act totally surprised that you are red and angry at having been judged by a middle aged white suburbanite with way to much make up on. But Mr. Barr kept a level head and saved the day. Kudos Mr. Barr. Hardynet has the best service around but the queenies in the customer service dept should take note of how it's done in the rest of the world. Thank you and rant over. Super fast internet and cable is great. A little pricey and it two weeks to have it installed but worth every bit of it.

The only game in town for internet service, so there's that. Once past the convoluted stuck-in-the-'90s application process, things go pretty well. Service itself is fine, if a bit pricey. But supplying connectivity in the mountains isn't exactly easy - Verizon can't, for example - so I remain grateful!

I had to go to pickup equipment a day the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The internet has worked great, we're very happy with their service!

Service was great, but I had no Service around 2pm the next day. Men professional and on time,but one office did not write on report to bring router with them. They had to go to office and pick it up and come back to do job.

Internet is amazing. I agree it is a lil pricey.. esp when I have to keep my cell so I can call long distance.
