I showed a picture 2 times to this women and said only to do light trim, and instead of doing a light trim she completely did her own thing. I asked for only about 1-2 inches cut off and to let it hang off the sides and she completely ruined my hair and cut it basically down to nothing! I used to have really good curly hair and now it’s just a blobbed mess I am very aggravated and i’m hoping that I can save this embarrassment of a haircut

What an experience, upon being seated the hairdresser informed me her son had a haircut he was not happy with but he was too scared to tell the hair dresser he didn’t like it. I didn’t pay a lot of attention in English class but I believe this was an example of foreshadowing because she proceeded to give me the same haircut as lord farquaad from shrek and I was afraid it would be worse if I asked her to fix it. Although probably not worth the $18 I paid for the cut I did get a very comical photo before going to another hair dresser to fix it

Convenient location in the same group as Kroger. Good hours for me & usually not much wait especially if you sign in with their app. Fairly normal prices.

Lori Boyce did a fantastic job of repairing a haircut someone else had butchered! I ended up looking like a million bucks- I even had her take pictures.

I dropped my brother off there, asked them to cut his hair a couple inches on top and fade the sides. He came out with a bowl cut all around and a buzz cut on the sides. This is seriously the worst hair cut and so far from what he wanted that it is ridiculous.
