Horrible hair stylist. Showed picture of what i wanted as well as step by step instructions how to do it and my hair looked nothing like what i wanted. Not even close. It was a simple up do and anyone who cannnot do it should NOT have a cosmo license. The lady acted like she had no idea how to even do hair! Price was way too expensive esp for the horrible work. Glad i was not getting color because i could only imagine the nightmare that would have been. Would never reccomend or go back to this location. Called corporate office to get a refund, was told id get a call in 2-3 days from store and its been a week with no response from store.

I just had my hair colored, trimmed, and layered, plus styled...and I couldn't be more happy with my hair, I love it. All the ladies were super friendly and Rachel who did my hair is awesome...definitely will be my home salon.☺

If only I could express my feelings after this last appointment I am so very upset I've never felt like this over hair before! I walked out before becoming the angriest person they probably would have ever seen instead I kept my cool and will find a stylist that can do what I asked of them! I went with a picture of the cut I wanted and another of the colors way to expensive for not getting either of what I wanted or expected out of this! I went back for the "fix" and it came out worse than the first! Never again! I don't normally do stuff like this nor do I make a monthly appointment to get my hair done it's hard enough for me to spare the money to do something like this for myself and I did and this is what I got! 😡

Went in for color correction and a cut. I’d had a bad bleach job and pixie cut and I wanted the red toned out of my hair and an undercut. I was very specific. The woman (Kim) picked my color for me without letting me get a word in edgewise, gave me chemical burns on my scalp with bleach despite the tears running down my face the whole time. “You just never know what you’re gonna run into with color corrections, you know what I mean?” “I just can’t get this red out.” She kept repeating both of these things while she poured more bleach onto my scalp and I was trying not to ugly cry/puke from the pain. At that point, I didn’t even care about the color. I just wanted the bleach off my scalp. I sat there with my skin on fire for twenty more minutes before she rinsed it out. Once she rinsed it out, I was calmed down and ready for her to fix my haircut so I could leave. Once she was finally satisfied with her color, she sat me down for the cut, completely ready to just go ahead with whatever she wanted to do. I stopped her and told her exactly what I wanted done with it. She let me talk but clearly wasn’t paying attention. Then she went and ruined my hair beyond repair. I left with tears streaming down my cheeks while my mom paid because I couldn’t stand in there any longer.

My 84 year old mother was taken to this Salon by her hospice caregiver for a perm less than a week ago and the stylist named Sherry did the perm but her curls came out. When mom’s caregiver brought her in today Sherry became very rude & hostile towards them and claimed that the curls came out because moms hair is too long. I was on the phone hearing everything said and was told by Sherry that if we didn’t like it that I needed to come there and do it myself. In the end my mom got the money refunded by the store manager all while Sherry was in the background yelling that we just came there to cause problems and wanted a free perm. My mother has been going to that salon for years but will never go back there again. I really hope Sherry feels good about upsetting an 84 year old woman with Alzheimer’s. I would seriously give this salon 0 stars if that was an option!

Sherry CANNOT do hair!!! She is very unprofessional in her manner of treating customers! She yelled at an elderly woman who was dissatisfied with her perm (yet her hair was straight), so I could understand why she was trying to have it corrected. Sherry did nothing but yell and scream at herf and riend! According to the lady, she had only had the perm 3 days! This salon will NEVER get my business again!

Sherry is the hair designer I had and wow she is amazing. SHE DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK .
