Signature Spa

I am pretty upset over my experience here... First off let me say I drove a hour to get to this place (appointment made in advance) to be very disappointed with the way my visit went. The receptionist was incrediable so i thought things were off to a good start and then a gentleman well a man walked over asking what I'd like done.. "I want pink into white ombre with round shape" i said.. He says "Well that's not in style, people have been getting the coffin shape nails." I'm the paying customer, i don't care about what's "in style" I want the simple requested look I asked for without rude or judgie comments. I said several times I want them "THINNER" regardless if they break sooner, that'll be on me to FIX. Thin style, rounded shape & ombre color! What I got was... The most bulky nails I've EVER had, 2 completely different lengths! My left hand is way shorter than my right hand. Not 1 or 2 nails the ENTIRE HAND. 2 of the nails are completely crooked, and 1 of the nails stick straight up, that it looks like its barely attached to my finger! The only thing that is semi decent is the ombre color! I'm very disappointed & upset that this is my personal experience I had compared to the other reviews on this salon! I even went to ANOTHER SALON as soon as i left this one today to BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON MONDAY to have them FILED DOWN & RE SHAPED in hopes to getting them to look half decent and to not be embarrassed walking around with my nails looking like this.. I will not recommended this salon, from this experience. I don't know if its the nail tech I had today or not but I was just so uncomfortable and felt kind of belittled by the way he spoke of what i wanted that I just kept saying "yeah" to get the hell out of there in hopes of going else where to get them fixed and done the way I wanted them done. I felt like regardless of what I wanted I was getting the nails he "felt like doing" and that's definately not how it should've been...

I rarely have my nails done because I always break them off at work...these are 3 weeks in and going strong!

This was my first time going here an they were really nice. My nail stylist did an outstanding job on my nails. Tho the design was a lill complex(looked simple) he did an amazing job an also made sure I was doing ok during the process.
I love how they came out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends an will be coming back again.

Van was AMAZING. Will definitely be requesting her next time I go back and every time after that! She took her time to make sure they were perfect. The best I have seen my nails ever.

I have never had a single issue with the service at Signature Spa! The workers are always so kind and very talented! I always love getting my nails done there!
