This place cut off my water when I had paid every single monthly bill for 36 straight months. There was never a lapse in payment, and yet they randomly turned off my water at a time after hours so I had to wait without water all evening and through the night to be able to get someone to turn it back on the next day. Horrible business. If I could give them -5 stars I would.

Absolutely horrible service. Turned my water off even though the bill was paid and then charged me $40 to turn it back on and refused to waive the fee and made me wait 24 hours to turn it back on. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Moved into my new home… same day they shut off the water. I put in my application to set up an account. No one has called or warned me. This is ridiculous.

Total Crooks. I have never in my 43 posted a review neither positive or negative. This one though I could not pass up. Not only are their “employees” rude. The have no empathy under any circumstance. I have been on AutoPay for the last 14 years. Never missed a payment, never late. My bank card was stolen and I had to update my AutoPay info. I guess I didn’t read the small print. After renewing AutoPay it doesn’t collect past payments. I became delinquent and my water was shut off. I had to pay a 40 dollar reconnect fee which is totally absurd. Again this is all to a customer who has never had a late payment in 14 years. Terrible company. Too bad it seems to be our only option. Like others have said, if I could give this sorry excuse for a business negative stars I would.

I don't understand how my bill jumped to $30 this month when the entire year has been the same $78-$85 sometimes maybe $90. My routine has been the same, nothing changes. Their excuse was my usage this month is higher, and it could be toilet leak, and I'm finding it hard to believe that. This is the 2nd time my bill went significantly and they told me the same sob story last year. So, if I have a " toilet leak" how come the bill went back to my normal bill the following month and the month after that? And no, I didn't fix no "toilet leak" cause I did not have a toilet leak. I was born at night but not last night! So, this company is literally robbing people and blaming on customers with the same excuse "toilet leak", and their customer service is TERRIBLE!! Need overhaul of this company NOW!!!!

My experience yesterday was fantastic. As soon as you hit the doors information is in your face. Stop and read the doors. I found all the info I needed without talking to anyone. I filled out my paper went to the counter. The women who set my account up was super nice and told me about how the water bill works. You have 20 days to pay your bill on time which is due when you receive it. I believe most of the issues you read for reviews is people here don't pay their bills on time and in return they are mad that the company isn't letting them rack up a bill they aren't paying and they get their water turned off. I'll update when we move in. But I don't expect any issues. I'm from Florida and water down there is $225 a month for a family of four.

Update: It has been 2 years. Still Happy with our water. Even in freezing Temps we never lost water. We even filled up a 20ft by 54inch pool. Pricing was reasonable.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would! TERRIBLE customer service. I called over the phone to make a payment. I have been with this service for over a year now. As Im making my payment she asked me for the three digit code on the back of my card. I go to pull my card out of my wallet and I said just give me one second I’m grabbing my card, the lady on the phone says “we have other customers I cannot wait for you,” and hangs up. I was not taking a long time at all and was utterly surprised by how I was treated. I will NEVER call them to make a payment again. As Im reading other reviews for this company I am seeing the same complaints. My advice for this company is don’t work in customer service if your a B****. You have one job be respectful to customers and they cant even do that. Pathetic.

I have been a customer for 4 years now and have never missed a payment.. This month, I made my payment ONE DAY LATE.. ONE DAY and they generated a termination letter. If my bill is due on the 4th, why would they terminate me on the 16th? They don't even wait 30 days! I feel sorry for the customers that can't pay their bill. I have always been skeptical when I hear stories of peoples service being turned off when they aren't even 30 days late but now I see it is true. These people are ruthless. What a shame they treat people this way. It would be nice to have other options for water service because these people deserve to be terminated for their practices.
