Bank of Charles Town

Incredible bank with welcoming and wonderful staff. Every time I come in or go through the drive thru, I am always greeted and it makes it feel like more of an experience rather than a transaction. Always going to recommend this branch to friends and family.

Everytime I walking into BCT I'm greeted with a "hello how are you" which is very appreciated especially when I work in hospitality myself and know how important it is to greet people. Mikayla is usually the lady that helps me and she is always so friendly and smiling. Love to visit this bank.

The Branch Manager Kim is phenomenal! I have nothing but good things to say about her. If we ever have an issue she is quick to help us get it resolved.

Everyone at this branch is professional and FRIENDLY! From my first interaction on the phone to my in branch visit, I had a very positive experience. It is nice when you walk in the door and the Teller pleasantly greets you and says someone will be right with you. They have restored my faith in customer service!.
