I always feel that I got great service. My accounts have always been secure

The lobby never seems to be open when it's supposed to be.

They don't deserve the one star. If this was the last bank on Earth I wouldn't use them. The staff is rude. They will not do what they say they will (such as giving you a call when paperwork has gone through). BB&T will refuse to accept payment but then charge late fees. I thought the nightmare was over when I closed my account a year ago but it isn't.

The teller yelled at me in front of employees. I reported the incident but I don't think anything was done.
I only use the drive thru now.
