Bank of Charles Town

Needed a new business account after a few hiccups at previous bank. I decided to walk into this bank and immediately was greeted by Julie the manager, and a well educated teller ready to help me and answer my questions.

Not only was I given all the paperwork and things needed on paper in less than 2 minutes but Julie gave me her business card and told me to call her personally with any questions.

Later that day I forwarded items she needed, she called me back promptly and fulfilled all my questions!

A few days later, I had to come back to the bank to follow up with more stuff Julie had requested, the same teller again greeted me, and helped me with the papers I had, and then lead me to Julie’s office and I was out of there in 5 minutes!

This a prime example of “good customer service”, and a well educated group at this bank!

Had a meeting with Navneet at the Hedgesville Branch to cover multiple topics. Everything was covered and professional done! Even though we spent about an hour, we also talked about our families and we all got to know each other better!!! That’s what a neighborhood bank should be proud of!

Opened new accounts this week at the bank our first visit there. Navneet handled our visit and efficiently managed our requests. We were very happy with the results and information we received. It was a great personal greeting and we felt very welcome.

Why she even came out to my car on several occasions to have my 92 year old father and me sign documents!
