I recently interviewed with this place and I feel wronged. They claim to be helping people change their lives but clearly they are only there for a paycheck. I am someone who like the people they claim to be helping has had a rough past. I changed my life. I've stayed out of trouble for a solid 15 years now. I served our country honorably. I recently graduated with my bachelor's degree in psychology. What's even more disturbing about them is they claim I lacked the experience but yet the 24 year old blonde that was part of the interview process clearly just graduated college and had never been in a pinch of trouble in her perfect life. If these people truly believed in their work they should want a story like mine in their building because the people they are dealing with need a leader like myself that can show them that positive change is possible. Instead they would rather have someone who has no idea what trouble is or how to overcome it. They want experience from someone that has already quit, fired, or burnt out from the job. They don't care for the people sent there. They are just there to collect the taxpayers dollars the same as TASC in Middleport.
