Slow everytime you go in. They only wanna help people who need it. No someone that makes the same amount has someone and even works at the same place but they can't get help with insurance even though there sick and probably won't have but maybe a few years left but the other people get insurance and lne makes more then they do if i could I'd give no stars.

The workers I've dealt w/have always been very nice&helpful. Never once made me feel uncomfortable because it's not the easiest to go to a place lk this needing help. Just wish&hope every1 else has/had the same experience.

Some are there to help and some are not.I think you should have a to go through special training to become a social worker because there spose to be there to help but most have absolutely no people skills. I mean come on have some compaction.

My Mother, 75 is a care giver of 2 of her grandchildren. The people here has helped her fix her car and help her with food to care for them. I'm so happy we have a program in place that helps people in need.

Call leave message for worker and they never return your call and you explain your details and no one helps you

Usually dealing with DHHR can be a headache but the group of folks at this location do all they can to make the experience a good one

Got the help I needed when I needed it the most. Case worker was really involved and actually remembered me and the conversations we had and the issues and difficulties I was having
