Very upset and disappointed to go to Jaydees and spend hundreds of dollars for VIP for our family to find out afterwards that there is no longer a nature center, they had no employee to do the gem mining, half the arcade games were broke and highly over priced to play, plus your not allowed any food or drinks from outside. Mind you they didn’t have any food except hotdogs! They said there oven had been broke for close to three weeks plus they were out of stock of other things ( like had nacho cheese but no nachos) 🤦‍♀️

My daughter and I drove from CT to NC and to break up the long drive, we wanted to stop somewhere to have fun and take a break. This place stood out and I'm glad we stopped in today. We played a round of mini golf and enjoyed lunch. I can't say anything about the other amenities as they weren't used but the water park sure looked fun. The staff was friendly. I'd enjoy stopping here again.

From my personal experience, I had to pay $15 for my 3 year old granddaughter to play in the splash pad. Quite frankly, its too much money for just the splash pad. I paid $105 for season pass at Kings Dominion. I would like to see a season pass here specifically for splash pad. She is unable to get in the 3 foot pool bc she is only 3 foot tall. I am not able to get into the water. A cup of ice is $3.00. Never in my life have I seen that b4. The no outside drinks and food is totally ludicrous. My granddaughter has allergies. She is unable to drink and eat specific things. No one wants to walk clear out of the gate to the playground simply just to have a snack...or some popcorn, or a drink from her sippy cup.

Its a charge to even play on the jungle gym. I think the over all concept has been well thought out. However, Many changes could be made.

Im a business owner myself. I do understand the overhead. At the same time, affordability must also come in the picture.

I have my granddaughter for the summer. Mid August, school starts.

We will not be coming back unless a season pass is put in place.

Be really careful when you’re going. The hours and what is open is not readily available. At least four other families came today (August 24th) thinking that the water park would be open. There was nothing that we found on the website or Facebook, one lady even called, that said that the water park was closed. Their hours on Google also said they would be open until 8, but they closed at three. We bought mini-golf at 2.20 and they didn’t tell us that it was closing soon or anything. We only got through 9 holes after rushing like crazy to get through some more. Just really disappointed that it isn’t clear that they assume off season hours whenever whatever county this is starts school.

Other than that, the people were very kind, the place was clean. Giving an extra star for kind and thoughtful staff.
Expensive, but just fine. Definitely wouldn’t drive from Hagerstown again unless I knew the whole thing was open.

Great place to go if you are not looking to wait in lines all day. Kids loved the variety of activities for the day. Go karts were fun too. Pool and slides were fun also splash pads if anyone couldn't swim well. Great place.

It was very fun that we don't have much time to play all our favorites arcades and also play the miniature golf, we almost got two stage level left and its closing, but it was fine the staff wait for us, it was so nice of them. Miniature golf is $7 each person and its worth it. They have go-karts and nice water park. They have a card to swipe on diff games, load starts at $5. All staff are friendly and they did a great service and it was a great experience. We will definitely come back again.

Took both kids and the lady here for a day trip. It was very enjoyable. The big red slide will tale your breath away, the arcade is kinda pricey, the go carts are very fun, the splash pad is great for the real little ones. They have a large pool however it's only about 4 feet deep all the way across. It's a very fun place to go if you plan on being there for a few hours. Oh yeah they also have put put golf, which would have been more fun but it was very crowded and hard to go from one hole to the next. Besides that I would recommend taking the kids here for a day trip.

My 2 yr old grandson and I had a great day together at JayDees. He loved the indoor jungle gym and all the stuff in the explorer rooms. He is a natural at putt putt golf and even went in the pool. We will definitely visit again.
