I hardly write any reviews but this place deserve a review and appreciation.

I have two dogs male and female, I wanted to get my female dog spayed and both dogs vaccinated. I purchase the Groupon deal for vaccination and called the place for appointment to get vaccination and spayed service same day. I found out they only do surgery on wed, which is a very busy day for me I asked them to accommodate me for Monday for both services (spay and vaccination) to be done same day since I do not have a car and I will take Uber. They accommodated me for Monday 05/04/20. That Mon morning they called me when I was already on my way to the Miami spring animal Hospital and said that the vet has called off just now and surgery may not happen today, I was upset and told them that I am already on my way and I paid for Taxi which is a lot of money since I am coming from far away. When I reach there I found out they have arrange another Vet to come from other location and perform spay procedure on my dog. After that everything went smooth, both my dogs got vaccinated and my female dog had surgery without any complication. Today is Post-op day 5 and my dog is already healed and doing great, they even called me next day to check up on my dog.
My dog was treated like a family here and I was very happy that they went out of there way to accommodate me and keep their word. I highly recommend this place. Also I would like to add they did not charge me anything extra, they offered other services but I was not force to buy anything extra. Also the estimate they told me over the phone for surgery, I was charge the same amount. I would highly recommend
Dr. Elizabeth who perform surgery on my dog and receptionist Julisa and manger who went out of there way to help and accommodate me. I am highly satisfied and have already refer one friend to this place.

WARNING: This place is only interested in your money - not the well-being of your pet. If they happen to convince you to leave your pet overnight, be warned that your pet will be alone for 12+ hours. They claim to provide treatment and care, but there was no IV monitor for 4 days and meanwhile, my pet is dying while they continue to ask me for more money. Then the two doctors will have completely different plans of treatment, further confusing the pet owner. And when the pet doesn’t seem to get better (because of obvious neglect by the clinic), they will tell you that you should have put your dog to sleep - of course, AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. Note to the “animal hospital” - if you’re not actually a hospital, then don’t act like one. Accepting animals overnight without someone to care for the animal, but charging for it, is ANIMAL ABUSE. This place needs to be investigated.

For the record, the doctor that handled my pet was Dr. Cuesta. I do not have the name of the other doctor because she refused to show her face. Lastly, Nancy is extremely rude and lacks empathy.

Everyone at Miami Springs Animal Hospital has bent over backwards to care for my older basset hound Charlie. Always professional with follow ups to see how he's doing. Would highly recommend!

Very nice vet clinic, conveniently located and with very reasonable prices. I have taken 2 dogs for surgery - pyometra and preclamsya - and they are doing great. They take care of my 3 dogs and the staff is very sweet and professional. Love Dr. Paco and Dr. Cuevas ❤️

They were very thorough and loving to our precious baby. Even though our cat doesn’t like to go to the vet, they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. I was happy that they covered all their bases and gave him all the tests he needed. We are very happy to have our cats in Miami Springs Animal Hospital!😽🦇

I had a very hard decision to make with my very ill cat that needed a life saving surgery. Searching for a good animal hospital that would not put me in debt was nearly impossible, until I found Miami Springs Animal Hospital. The staff immediately took action when I stepped through the door. The amount of love they provided my cat was heartwarming. The entire staff knows his personality and preferences. The staff also provides amazing supportive care after you leave. I live in Broward and happily make the drive to Miami Springs because of the phenomenal care and service this animal hospital provides.

The staff was very attentive and understood what my pet was going through they were very cost effective and only advised on test my cat NEEDED. They are truly compassionate and I definitely will be taking my pets here Everytime. The holidays will be happy because of them .

I had a stray dog with a swollen stomach, I’ll start minute they staff, especially Amarilys, helped get my new puppy in order, they were so sweet in making her comfortable as she was scared at first, definitely recommend this hospital for all your pet needs, bless you guys for all you do and thank you again!
