We've been loyal clients for years and have always been treated with empathy, respect, and friendly service. Whether the pets see Dr. Prior or Dr. Wilson, they've had the best possible care. I love the way the staff care for our babies - it goes way beyond a job for them - pet care is a mission and it shows. Definitely clients for life - and recommend NPBAC highly to anyone seeking vet care for a beloved pet.

Dr. Miles has been our vet for years now. He's a good guy along with being an excellent vet. Reasonable prices for services in my opinion. He's not about doing every test known to mankind in order to pad his bill.

Awesome place. When I originally went here a few years ago I was nervous because my dog ( a pittie) is not good with other animals or other people. The staff and Dr. were great with him and made sure he was comfortable. One of the staff even sat on the floor and showed my boy some love so he wouldn't be so afraid. Other than the finger up his butt, I think my dog enjoyed his experience here!

Dr. Mills is wonderful. He is so caring and thorough. Indian loves and trusts Dr. Mills. When I put Indian in his carrier, he now knows he is going to Dr. Mills. Surprisingly Indian no longer crys, the whole way. He also has a wonderful staff.

while the ladies who work at the front desk and in the office are very nice and we usually receive great vet care here, we recently had a horrible experience while putting our dog down. Not only was she not given enough medicine to stay asleep long enough for the vet to find a vein to administer the heart stopping shot, but they insisted we move her into another room after she woke up and became stressed since the vet could not find a vein. When we tried to transport our frantic dog into another room that we were directed to, there was another family already in there. We were then moved to a surgical area where there was bloody dog teeth all over the counter. Putting down a family member is hard enough, but to have a lack of professionalism while doing it and make it an extensive process is even worse. I would not recommend ending your dog's life here, it is not peaceful.

Bob Miles and his staff are THE best! For the past 13 years they have overseen the care - and the final passing - of my three dogs I brought with me when I moved here from Atlanta. Excellent care of my pets - and the most caring people ever to me when it came time to say goodbye to each one. I only wish I could give them 10 Stars instead of 5!

Great job with dog's eye injury, quick diagnosis and treatment, faster than expected recovery. Very nice tech and front office staff, the veterinarian is skilled and efficient, genuinely oncerned and caring. Highly recommend.
