We had a really good experience with doctor Fig. We took our dog Phoebe in for evaluation of PTS. She has been having poor mobility and new onset of neuralgia of her back legs and some arthritis and a little hip dysplasia We went with conservative treatment just to keep her comfortable started her on she got a solumedral injection The Vet bill was reasonable for a same day appointment (we did not do any labs during this visit) We live in Newport Richey Hudson area and drive 30 to 40 minutes to come up here because of their fair prices and extremely good compassionate care. I can't tell you how impressed I was with this Clinic. The doctor and staff are amazing. I brought in my dog Rosie for her first appointment with Dr fig. The clinic was crazy they had tons of emergencies yet as soon as they took my Rosie into the treatment room they made me feel like I was the only person there. Vet tech Andrew took to the time to talk to my dog and pet her gently as he was telling her what he was going to do before he even touched her, which I thought was amazing. The doctor took his time with rosie, I never felt rushed. He entertained me with some funny stories while he was taking care of Rosie it was the best experience that I have had with a vet. My Rosie is a long-haired Dachshund and she's very vocal, LOL with her previous vet she barked from the time she got to the visit until the time she left. With Dr fig not even a peep out of her she left wagging her tail I love Dr Fig and his staff. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for being so kind to me and my Rosie. You are ALL amazing people ❤️

Dr. Figgy was great as usual...new tech Hannah was good with my pup! Parking lot n ramp was in terrible condition...their landlord had better fix it before someone falls! Pookie's wound is clean n intact n u can hardly see her incision!! Yes, spay n neutering is so necessary Al!!!5 Star rating 👍👍👍👍👍💕💕💕💕💕😊🤗

We recently moved to the area and my lab mix who is 7 had pyometra. They stayed late to do emergency surgery! I’m beyond grateful for the vet and staff. The compassion they showed me and my fur kid was so comforting. The vet was straight forward and up front on her diagnosis and the possible out comes as it was a risky surgery. I’m so glad he has amazing clients who recommended his practice. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for all my pets needs in the future.

My first visit was fine. I took my cat to be seen and he said there was nothing wrong with him. Time has passed and my cat is still experiencing the same exact symptoms so I made him another appointment. Waited an hour an half for my cat to be seen a second time only for the vet to say that I was supposed to call and follow up in a very nasty tone. I was never told by anyone to follow up- why would I after he told me my cat was fine the first visit? It was extremely rude and unprofessional and no way to treat a client. Considering all the financial crises' people are in right now, you'd think he'd have some compassion instead of making me feel embarrassed and humiliated. I love my cat, obviously thats why I'm getting him treated. But for him to be so judgmental over something I didn't even know was expected was not right. The vet tech however was super friendly. Wish I knew his name to give him recognition

I had to put my poor McKenzie down today. I've never been to ASAP before, but they took her in today and were great. They took such gentle care of my old girl and the Dr and staff were so nice. It was hard to have to send my girl home to heaven, but I couldn't have asked for kinder hearts to get us through it. I will be taking my boy Brock there soon for a checkup. I had to pick up medication for our dog and this clinic is very inexpensive compared to other places. Also, the Veterinarian is top notch and doesn't do a bunch of unnecessary tests, he only does the ones that you need so you don't have to pay for extras that are not needed. The technicians here are all super nice and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic which I drive way out of the way to go to because they are so good.

I had a wonderful experience when I went today. Doc was super nice. My dogs loved him. Gave great advice and is a good human being. Staff was quick an efficient. Clean facility.
