Banfield Pet Hospital

They were absolutely lovely. Pitbull friendly, took care of my dog like she was their own. Dr. Sara Febbo was awesome answered all of my questions. Having a pet plan is convenient.

The staff are super sweet. You can tell they all have love for animals. They're also very informative. They took great care of my new puppy. I'll definitely continue with them. Sidenote: love the app which is convenient for making appointments and getting updates.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. I was able to get a next-day, drop-off appointment and was lucky to be in/out within the hour (9-10am). I wanted to give special recognition to Sergio, Simone (I believe) and Kim for being so nice, welcoming and "pressure-free." I'll be coming here again whenever needed!

This place is pricy and they will push services you don’t need to make you spend more. But BY FAR the most annoying part of my experience was hearing the vet techs referred to as nurses. As a registered nurse for 15 years it’s pretty frustrating to hear them call themselves by an entirely different profession.

This was the first time in a long time that I actually felt my concerns were heard and understood. Kim Mompoint, was Absolutely fantastic! She was kind, caring, and through. I had my questions answered without feeling rushed or given generic answers. I left my appointment feeling confident that my two dogs were going to stay healthy. I’m happy to meet someone that cares for my pet’s well being as wells as my concerns.

Everyone is always soo nice here. Anna the receptionist is great! All the doctors are fantastic!!

This office has the friendliest staff and they take really good care of your babies while in their possession. They keep the waiting room clean and they are prompt with their waiting times. I found my permanent location here near the house. Definitely recommend this Banfield! Tequila, Lizzie and Loki say "woof!" aka "Thank you!"/

I've had my Milo since he was 8 weeks old and on 4/9/2021at 5pm he fell into an eternal sleep. This was the hardest thing to do but the right thing to keep him from suffering. Milo developed congested heart failure, a large mass in his lung and chest wall and other conditions. Dr. Handley and her team supported my entire family during this time. Her team who assisted us was amazing. I miss my Milo, he was a great puppy and lived a great life. Milo was 16 years young.
