Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital

I am beyond thankful for the staff that was there on Monday, February 7th 2022. I was out of town and stuck at the airport with a flight delay when my son called telling me our sweet little kitty was sick. His name was Blue and he was 8.5 years old. My daughter brought him in as an emergent visit for difficulty breathing. The staff was extremely efficient and helpful on the phone with me while describing the very dire situation and the need to humanely put my kitty down. They let my children be with him as they put him to sleep and were very comforting to all of us. This was extremely hard to do from hundreds of miles away but their compassion and understanding were beyond appreciated. Thank you for taking such good care of my furr baby. You all are amazing!

Took my little boy Kron in for a emergency. Turns out he had a bad URI. He unfortunately did not pull through the night. However I'm positive the staff and vets kept him comfortable and warm. They were so nice to me when they broke the news and were very understanding. I had my boy cremated at a service they provide. Now he rests right above my bed with me every night.

This is hands down the best pet hospital/veterinarians in this area. I constantly hear people complain that the prices are too high. My pets deserve the absolute best & there is no way I’m taking them to a place because the prices may be a little bit lower & the treatment is poor & substandard. Not worth taking a chance on your pets health. I personally don’t find the prices too high especially for the exceptional care & treatment they provide. Dr Dan, Dr Becton & Dr Vani are best the vets I’ve seen. These vets treat my dogs like family & genuinely care. Heather at reception has the kindest & biggest heart! Love this place & been going here many, many years!

I don't know where and what went wrong, but it was at Aloha Pet that I had to put down my 11 year old forever baby because I couldn't keep paying the exorbitant costs to save him. They basically denied me care unless I signed their paperwork that'd 'd pay the bill for an operation that they didn't know would work or not. They didn't give me scans, detailed blood work, no alternatives after more than 5k down the hole. The meds they gave me didn't work and I was left with a pet that suffered until we put him to sleep. And they made me feel like I was the one failing him after trying everything I could. I lost the love of my life that day and they didn't so much as send condolences after.

It was an extremely exhausting, and traumatic experience. I hope to God they bring some humanity back into their practice, because it was definitely profit first, care second there.

Our fur baby had a little accident in training. Always happens after hours or on a weekend... our Veterinarians office was closed. They recommended an emergency Veterinarian. They had several serious situations they were already working and told us a minimum of a four hour wait. They recommended Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital. We went. What a great place! The Veterinarian and staff were amazing. Prompt, professional, and most of all good to our furry flash bang. P.S. check out their normal business hours! As for the FlashBang, thanks to Aloha she is on the mend. Sent x-rays off for review so it's R & R until we plan her rehab. Thank you and Aloha.

We recently went to this vet on a referral for an emergency procedure and we were amazed at the difference!!!
We then had to put or dog down…. The compassion from every staff member was appreciated. They didn’t need to go out of their way to show us that they cared, but they did.
We had our Jackson cremated and just picked up his ashes. The presentation was outstanding… there is a beautiful carved wooden box, a plaque with his name, a footprint cast in plaster, and a lock of his hair. There was also literature about grieving.
It’s never easy losing a pet but everyone here made it a little less painful

Great veterinarians, large facilities, our vets for many years. Extended hours 7 days a week so always reach them. Not the cheapest but thorough and happy to discuss the plan.

Very accommodating, wonderful staff. I have a guinea pig and they took care of him so well, after he was but by another guinea pig. I was so scared because he was bleeding from the bite and we couldn't get it to stop. My daughter called them (this was at night), while I kept pressure on his wound and they told us to bring him in. They cleaned out his wound and were able to stop the bleeding. They gave us some antibiotics to keep it from getting infected and he was back to his old self in no time. I also have an elderly Tiny Toy Maltese, who is 14 1/2 years old. She has thick hair and PetSmart due to their policy can no longer groom her. She has a heart murmur and can't stand for long periods of time. Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital were recommended to be able to groom my sweet girl. I called and explained my situation, the staff was so sweet and understanding and they made us an appointment to get her groomed. I am so grateful we were able to find someone that has the patience, knowledge and expertise to take care of my sweet girl. I would definitely give Aloha Pet & Bird Hospital 5/5 stars and recommend them to friends and family. They definitely know what they are doing.
