We had a great experience renting a vacation home from Clausen Properties!! Their customer service was top notch & they were available anytime we needed assistance. The house was gorgeous & we absolutely love Marco Island!! We will definitely be booking our next vacation w/ them again!!

Great vacation rental. Clean and upkept. All the staff at Clausen helped us with any questions we had. Glad we were able to be on the water on short notice. Kids enjoyed paddleboarding and kayaking off the dock with rentals delivered by Paddle Marco. Enjoyed eating at restaurants nearby like Joeys and Doreen's for breakfast. Can't wait until next year.

We stayed at a Clausen Property in May of 2022 on Marco Island and were happy until the property closed the pool indefinitely. Clausen relocated us to another local property with a pool and we were very happy. Clausen was very helpful and professional and we would stay with them again. Thank you!

Easier to place rental through the actual business rather then through websites like VRBO. The place was awesome and the owners and rental lady never once bothered us. They were on point with the maintenance and helping w our needs during the stay. Would absolutely reccomend it again to anyone.
