For Erin, you are not just a customer, you are a special friend. Finding you the right home becomes personal with her. She takes extra time researching, and asking all the right question of the seller. This was so vital in me not buying a house simply because it looked good. She fought for the best price possible and did not rush me into just any sale. We bonded over our love of Christ and this experience, and I thank God everyday that He bought her into my life. If I can give Erin a million stars I would! Working with Erin has been and absolute pleasure! She was honest with each showing and always asked the right questions. This was our first time Buying a home and her team made it as smooth as possible. I felt very little stress as she explained everything in terms I would understand during the closing process. She made sure we were well prepared and educated us throughout. The follow-up on her end was amazing. I never felt the need to call for updates because she was always a step ahead! I have been working with Palmer Scott Properties to sell my rental home. Both Erin and her husband Brandon were very nice and proactive. They pointed out some repairs needed to the house to make it marketable. What is important they did not stop at that, help me tremendously in finding very good and inexpensive contractors to do the job. Very responsive and professional. Highly recommending. This was totally different experience than working with a big firm, in a very positive way.

We went through offers together and Erin explained each, both the positives and negatives. After an offer was accepted, she again worked with me and for me to make sure I understood the closing procedures and that everything went smoothly.

Erin came highly recommended and deservedly so! My mother's house needed a lot of repairs and Erin brought in top notch hand picked contractors who brought the house up to code in a few days for more than reasonable prices. My brothers and all live in Virginia so having someone onsite in Longwood Fl was a big plus. Erin was a pleasure to work with during the entire process.
