This was such a great hotel stay! This was our first time staying “off property” and this is definitely better than any value all star resort!

Check in was quick and easy, all amenities of a Disney property resort, excellent bus shuttles to and from the parks (on time every single time). Room was great, you are able to set the ac to 68 and stayed nice and cool the whole week! Housekeeping was excellent, they replaced linens and made the beds every single day! Pool was perfect for little kids and family! Super quick walk to Disney Springs! No bad experience here!

Any resort and parking fees were very clearly listed before reserving room!

Stayed at the Wyndham Garden in May 2022. The room's bathroom door took a lot of effort to close and to exit you had to push the handle up instead of down. When we arrived the tub also flooded very quick and we had to ask the hotel to take a look, which they eventually fixed. There were frequent spiders and centipedes that we came across in the room. Otherwise the accommodation was fine. It had everything we needed which was an iron and a fridge.

Disney park shuttles were fine. You had to make a reservation on the website and there was never an issue of the shuttles being full. Although one day the second bus never came so the one bus took everyone to all the parks which made us miss the rope drop at Epcot. They had two buses. One bus to take people to Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom and one bus to take people to Magic Kingdom and Epcot in those orders. Buses came every hour and the bus services would start at 7am for most parks except for animal kingdom. When returning from the parks, often the Wyndham would be the first stop, which was nice after a long day.

The hotel is about a 9 min walk to Disney Springs and enters around the Christmas store.

Eh… a lot of these good reviews are fake. I just stayed here Thursday night after our day at Epcot.. I’m visiting from CT, I took this room cause the location is great, walking distance to Disney springs… but that was the only good thing about it.

The pros:
- 5 min walk to Disney springs
- nice lobby

The cons:
- Room was left at 75 degrees for us to come home to… might as well have left the door open
- shower head was broken and sprayed all over the bathroom
- Previous guests hair was all over the bathroom and on the shower floor, either that or housekeeping decided to take a shower
- Room was located above trash collection and on the side of mechanical room for elevator… so excessive noise to wake us up at 6 am.
- Sheets were tucked so tight into the bed I would of had to lift the mattress to get them to reach my shoulders…. Just silly

The whole experience was very “discount motel” it didn’t resemble what I thought would be an affordable night in the Disney bubble.

There seems to be a disconnect between the staff and what’s happening in the rooms… I expected a beautiful experience judging by the lobby but even the staff was disorganized.. I wouldn’t stay here again, matter of fact I’d love a refund.

I also didn’t have time to complain cause I had to get my child the next morning so we promptly left early.

There are far more comfortable options for the money in the area… skip it!

We stayed at the Wyndham the day before we cruised out of Port Canaveral and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment we got there until the moment we left. Our room was ready 3 hours early and it was incredibly clean. The lobby smells amazing and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and overall it was just the best stay. We liked it so much we are bookending our cruise with another night. Really, really recommend based on the value, proximity to Disney Springs, and just overall great stay.

We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to Disney Springs for an overnight stay. We had amazing service the whole time, were able to get into our room early, the pool was really fun, it took minutes to walk to Disney Springs, was super clean, and was great for little kids too. Beds were comfy and very clean! We had a room that overlooked the pool which we loved. We weren't affected by any noise during the night but we had sound machines so we slept great! Overall, we had an awesome stay! Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel. I was looking for a hotel that was not too expensive and was in the Disney Springs area and this one delivered far more than I had expected. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. It was so close to Disney Springs. The shuttle service to the parks was convenient and easy. The staff was kind and helpful.

The only complaint I had was that there should be one more light in the room as one side got very dark at night. Other than that, it couldn't have been better.

I truly don’t understand the bad reviews on this resort. We booked a last minute trip to spend NYE in Orlando and after seeing so many horrible reviews I still I figured “as long as I have a clean bed and shower I’m happy.”
I can say I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. Tom and Felipe at the front desk were more than nice and accommodating at check in. Marly and Bonnie at the pool bar are my new best friends. Our room was clean, quiet, newly renovated, and more than comfortable. We did stay on the Garden side of the hotel and I did not feel “less than” any other part of the hotel. There’s plenty of space while also not feeling like we had to hike to the lobby or pool area. We did not specify any room type, and got a room with an adjoining door. We did not hear anyone or anything at all from the room next door. The walk to Disney Springs was less than 5 minutes and incredibly convenient. We especially loved the 24/7 market downstairs as we tend to be night owls on vacation. Snacks and drinks at all hours was a GREAT perk. I genuinely do not understand the complaints so many people have left.
We will stay here again and again.

First stay and definitely not out last! Pleasantly surprised from check in to check out. Nikki at the front desk was so welcoming and gave us such an amazing view for our makeup anniversary trip- we could see the fireworks every night from the comfort of our couch. Can’t beat the location, super clean, and our king bed was super comfy( and I’m super picky about this!) Room was a comfortable size for the two of us (adults) and housekeeping came every day, which was refreshing. Quiet .. for the most part. We had extremely noisy neighbors the first two nights but after that - sweet dreams. The only negative would be the hard sell of time share at check in when you get your “welcome” pack. Kinda ruined the amazing check in process. Do wish they gave bottles of water in the room with the daily resort fee like surrounding hotels but other than that I can’t wait to return! Oh and the lobby smell- heaven!!
