Disney Vacation Club Preview Center

The sales rep was exceptional, his name was Eugene. The reason we didn't buy into their time sharing is because, we did some research and found out that you have to book as far in advance as a year to get the reservations you want. And living near Orlando, we are there at a hours notice so we never plan that far ahead

I liked the preview center here at saratoga springs. The best part was they had several current room offerings that they are selling for a preview. They even had the poly rooms for preview which was nice because while its not really for sale, you might be able you book there. They had a huge display of alunai and the hotel there in hawaii which was cool.

My biggest regret was they said "only 90 minutes". For us it was closer to 120 minutes. Which was fine but we had to rush out of there to hollywood studios for our fastpass. However, they do have private vans that transport you from whereever you are to the preview center then again to your destination. We started the day there and then a van took us to hollywood studios. It was a little bit of a hike after being dropped off (as compared to the buses) but the bus stop has moved further away since i visited.

We did end up buying, ask for roderick! He was a friendly guy and very personable. Best of all there was actually no pressure to buy in. In his eyes, if I didnt buy, he has another family right after ours to try again. If you dont want to be bombarded with emails after, decline the invitation to be solicited to. Roderick followed up with me personally after the visit and even sent me mail.

Afterwards i sent him an email and talked to him about some ideas i had to make some things better (moonlight magic) and he said he would make sure they got to someone who would be able to at least consider them.

Lastly, they icecream and fastpasses for us after the preview (for everyone,not just my family). That was awesome and really made up for the lost time spent there. The fp do have restrictions (no frozen, toy story mania {probably changed to slinky dog since}, and maybe a few other things) but still worth it. We rode tower of terror, test track, and soaring with the fast passes. It was awesome and def made up for the time spent there

Great way to earn some cash in Disney Dollars and ice cream! Also very informative!

Our sales rep Chris was extremely pleasant to work with, personable, and understanding. There was absolutely NO pressure whatsoever to purchase time shares until we were ready which isn’t for a few years. Disney really looks out for the betterment of its visitors and that alone is a fabulous experience. Private meeting rooms, private tours, engaging, and not gimmicky.

The representative was very helpful and very knowledgable. We did not feel any pressure to join and was in a nice relaxed setting. We were also allowed to visit a vacation resort and see the amazing room.

We loved the presentation of the dvc. We are seriously considering purchasing just from this presentation. However the rude driver who drove us to this resort somewhat soured the experience. He was angry that we didn't speak Spanish and kept commenting about that and our names. Not very Disney.

In Dec 2021 (3week vacation) my children and I decided to tour the villas at each resort - I have two contracts with DVC but I appreciate the time we were allowed to visit and the conversation with staff.

Becoming a Disney Vacation Club member I was worried about losing the feeling that made me want to be a Disney Vacation Club member - service / sincerity / friendliness

The best vacation is the one where you feel taken care of, and during our resort tour the Disney vacation club cast members made us feel welcomed and appreciated
