If I could give this review zero star, I would do so. Very poor customer service and follow-up. We rented a home in Lely Resort from the agent, Renee McDonald, who failed to follow through on all of the issues at the home we rented at 9099 SAHALEE COURT, NAPLES, FL. We ended up leaving the property early due to numerous issues including a pool heater that was not working. The broker, agent and owner acknowledged that the pool heater was not working, but refused to make amends for the 4 days we stayed at the home without the use of the pool. When I finally reached the broker, Steve, who knew nothing about the issues, he stated that this was not the first problem they had had with Renee and that he would take care of the issues. I had not heard anything back from the broker, the manager or the agent and had to call again to check the status of the partial refund request. While the owner did credit us for the days we did NOT stay, the owner felt no obligation for a requested partial reimbursement for the days we did stay and could not use the pool. We could have rented a house WITHOUT a pool much cheaper. While the pool was the major issue with this property, there were many others. Only a portion of the outside lights and fans worked. Outside refrigerator was decaying and full of bugs. Inside refrigerator leaked water. Old and worn out linens were provided. Only 2 TV's provided in Master and Family Room. Outside wall near entrance was under construction due to a bumble bee nest according to our agent, Renee McDonald. (We discovered this when we checked in.) Security gate was broken when checking in which allowed for anyone to access. However, on the 3rd day, the security gate was fixed and the code provided by Renee at RE-MAX did not work. Called their 24 hour on-call maintenance number and asked for help as we could not access the property. The call was never returned or addressed. Ended up tail gating in to gain access to the property. Checked out early the next day as we could not use the pool or the outside patio after dark and we were completely frustrated by the lack of response from Remax Affinity Plus. Not only was the pool not repaired, but the outside patio lighting was insufficient. Would NOT recommend this property nor use RE-MAX Affinity Plus for rentals on Marco Island or Naples! RENTER BEWARE!

This is the go to place for the BEST properties in the area. The realtor who helped me out, Victoria Hanifin, was professional and provided excellent customer service. She was honest about any concerning details and works hard to find what’s best for you
