Bravo Meat Supermarket

I try to support all small business especially ones in my neighborhood But today i had an experience which has made me make a choice not to buy anymore from this meat market I bought meat and some vegetables Didn't even make it home The meat stunk so bad I did not notice when i left Otherwise i would have told them or gotten something else This has happened maybe 3 or 4 other times But i brushed it off as maybe an error of old meat getting mixed with the fresh & i was always conscious to make sure It was fresh before i purchase But today when i returned it the owner gave me attitude because the meat was $3.21 made it a point to give me my money without apologizing i told him hey its happened a few times But i always come He just turned his back and ignored me its the principle not what i payed Since now i have experienced bad meat that smells and is expired to bad customer service I will never go back & if a neighbor asks me anything i will tell them about my experience

C- | This is a classic example of why big markets are thriving over the little guys. It's hard to keep the same quality of meats as the larger stores. I feel like the videos about pink slime and meshed meats is present here.

We buy the meat and cheese here every week. It is very clean and the staff is amazingly friendly. Also inside there's a cafeteria damnnnnnn those croquetas are good! And if you don't feel like cooking you can always buy food there. It tastes like home ^u^

This is beyond disappointed! Our family and friends all patronized this store when it first opened and it was good quality cuts of meat at a fair price. It has gone downhill super quickly at the expense of our pockets and our bodies. The "ground beef" at a "special" price is in my opinion not even meat. It turns orange when you cook it and smells rancid. The chicken is now full of cartiledge and slimy. The flap meat (churrasco) has been butchered so horribly that there is so much fat and lining left that any savings you thought you were getting is a scam when priced by pound. Now, we can't even bite or chew the flap meat, been the last 3 times and shame on us we bought it after the first time. Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra dollars and buy elsewhere. Produce section full of flies as well....spend your money wisely, owners obviously think they're smarter than us.

They were quick to help a stupid American who only speaks english. Anyway the folks were nice and quick to help me get the combo plate with a side of the port. This isa grocery store that has a cafeteria with hot food. Excellent for lunch. I recommend and the prices were awesome

Supermarket in a nice little strip mall in Hialeah close to Checkers burgers they have good prices good Latin American Products they must see they also have a cafeteria with food by the pound and nice pastries good Cuban coffee

This place is getting better and better. They need a littlebit of improvement with spired foods. But I rather go to bravo than going to sedanos. Way to many bad experiences going to sedanos.
Also Bravo has everything very organized and clean witch for me is a most. Thank you Bravo for all the improvements you have made. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service. Super rude employees who look you blank in the eyes and ignore you when you ask for help.
