I’m so happy I found a lot vegan options and I love the cheese

Very clean and organized. Love the staff, friendly and helpful. I actually found some amazing foods that other Aldis run out of. Glad it my new spot

To whom it may concern, I went to pick up milk and a gift card at the Aldi's in Oviedo. The associate had to run up separately. I paid for the milk and obtained $20 cash back to get a $15 gift card. The associate gave me a $20 gift card which I was perplexed however with the line being long and as a frequent customer I kept and will just make another trip to get the $15 gift card. This afternoon, on my way home from a meeting I stopped to get the $15 gift card. The associate at the register didn't have gift cards I said let me go get one since I was here earlier at the other register which carried them. I picked several up and went back to pay and long and behold the associate was ringing up the customer behind me who had a good amount of groceries. I was extremely baffled and upset, I asked to speak to the manager to share my frustration! Bottom line I left without the gift card which is for my neighbor who helped while we had Covid.
1.I should have not gone out of my way to get the gift card which is the associate's job and if this was done correctly the first time I wouldn’t have to make go out of my way to do another stop to get a gift card.
I was extremely upset of what transpired because this is not a norm of my experiences with Aldi or your customer service.

I love Aldi. But I hate self checkout. This store has now removed three registers lanes to add 4 self checkout. At this moment zero normal registers are open.

Nice ALDIs in Oviedo. Much easier to enter with the light added. Remember your quarter for the shopping cart. Check out the aisle of shame for non food deals.

Love shopping at Aldi. You never know what new exciting items will be available. Love the cheese selection - some unusual things to try. Love the $4.49 candles!

Had everything you would expect from an Aldi. Definitely a great little location tucked away off the main road in Oviedo. Wasn't too impressed with the self-checkout option. One person was running the register and had to multitask between running the register and then handling the line that was building up itself check out with all the issues they were trying to manage. Strategically, doesn't seem like the best game plan by a lot of stores are trying to go automated. Not a fan.

It was clean. Spacious. Plenty of organic. Great fruit. Great meat. Get your own paper bags when you get in line to save time and to organize your food. Have a quarter ready to deposit for your cart. If you're there for Keto Bread/Zero bread, ask the staff for it, it may be in the refrigerator.
