Family Dollar

B- | Great place to save a few dollars, but the selection is hit or miss. With Wal-Mart and several Spanish stores it's really easy to lose this store in the mist.

Like any family dollar, prices are great and they have great items. Unfortunately the place is disorganized and the staff doesn't seem to care for much, but then again, what can you expect, it's Hialeah.

This place lacks customer service, however on my last visit i meat a new associate that was sent from another store, she was a proffesional i wish i could ve remember to commend her...

On this changing times where you visit a store that proclaims on it's commercial name dollar store, hardly you ever find products priced to $1.00. But love and behold Family Dollar still has products priced at$1.00. WOW!😍

I'm very upset at the horrible customer service I received. As shown from the pics I took, I was going to purchase 2 Cat Treat Temptations for the advertised price. When I got to the register it rang up at $3.85 each x 2 = 7.70 with an additional $0.70 off Total final price $7.00 I explained to the cashier that the price advertised was $6.00 she seemed to want to go and check and wanted me to pay what it rang up, I refused, she called another employee who went to physically check, I thought the issue would be resolved as it was clearly obvious that the price was ringing up incorrectly but all I got from her was that the price was correct and she couldn't change it and gave no explanation as to why It was advertised at $6.00, she was set in her ways, she had a bit of an attitude and was treating me as if I was inconveniencing her and she just wanted me out of there. I told her I would contact corporate and she said fine and I told her to void it she said fine and neither of them apologize. I've been a cashier and I know that she indeed could've entered the advertised price manually but instead she decided to lose money for the store and make a customer dissatisfied! What happened to "the customer is always right"??? I've been in customer service most of my life and this was horrible customer service! I've been to this store in the past but try my hardest not to ever go here because it isn't the first time I get horrible customer service and the employees seem to always have a stank attitude! Boggles the mind how people like this still have a job when there are so many without. They need a major course in customer service.

I highly suggest to visit any other Family Dollar store and not this one!!!

I bought cat food, and my cats rejected the food right away, after that I had to get another bag of food, but still it was a waste of money, I now know why they say: "Better buy something expensive than something cheap" Their professionalism is bad sight. Not to mention, the dust that I found on the cat food, it was all dusty and sticky. I was gross out. At least I haven't gotten bad expectations from the employees.

Very convenient market shop !! You can fine a variety of things and food.

Disappointing customer service today. Cashier at 6 pm was on her phone with the speaker on blast on a personal conversation without any type of acknowledgment or service to the customers in front of her.
