Self Storage USA

I've had a few experiences with storage facilities and this was BY FAR the BEST. The security is very good. The interior facility is very clean and temperature is perfect. The absolute best part about this facility is the staff. Maria is fantastic at customer service. Friendly, cheerful, understanding and communicative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The other woman is great as well but almost all my interactions have been with Maria and she's great. Much recommended.

The crew at Self Storage was beyond helpful in the years we ran our business out of their units. We started small and slowly grew into their larger space.
Through the whole process Maria and Jacqui were a dream to work with. The location was always kept very clean and organized, we always felt our equipment was safe and watched over.
It didn’t take us long shopping around to know this self storage was ran very differently from the other.

I kept a larger unit at Self Storage for almost six years. I especially liked the unit because there was a power outlet for a battery tender I needed to keep a car and motorcycle in shape. The whole facility was always clean and I never had any issues with security. Maria at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful.

Its a great place for storage , clean, well managed, reasonably priced and secure. Staff is great responding to you needs and I would recommend Self Storage USA to anyone needing a centrally located storage facility.

I've been with you guys for 5 yrs and the main reason I stay with your company is I deal with your manager Maria!!
She is professional and very attentive, which is why your place is spotless all the time, but she is engaging and very proactive. She is always on top of any situation and makes you feel like you are her only customer! I'm in sales management and my goal is to find people like her to hire for great opportunities. In the meantime I will just appreciate her talents and maybe someday I will have a position that suits her competencies!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who appreciates her talents, until then, expect me to come knocking someday in the future.

Maria is the best, she is friendly, stays on top of things and my particular favorite…the place is always clean. I’ve been using the facilities on and off for over ten year, not one complaint ever. Always recommend them.

I didn’t think I would be leaving a review about my storage experience when I signed up 3 months ago, but today I moved out and felt that this place really deserved a good review. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this facility from day one. The manager really takes pride in this place. We had absolutely zero issues moving in and moving out. Would recommend this storage facility to family and friends.
