I have to say I'm impressed with this business. I legit ordered yesterday afternoon and received what I needed quickly with standard ground shipping by noon the next day. I got notification that they had pulled the order what was probably 10-15 mins after submitting the order and that it had already shipped. Prices are fair and they seem to put customer service high on their priority. I'm happy with them.

Trudi has always been the best of the best! She knows her products. She and her team have always had our orders out the day of or the next! She even gives small little surprises in our orders.

I’m glad I have a shop to buy from locally Trudi is helpful and they usually have everything I need. And if they don’t have it in stock, they usually do soon after. Or I can order it in. I recommend them. I have been able to buy many main items I need from them.

In NJ and I still choose to order from here over anyone else. Just put in a 2nd order within about a 10 day time frame. Shipping/delivery is quick. Prices are better than what’s available in my area and the extras included in certain orders a nice surprise. Love the Pine Wash. Hoping it’s sold by the gallon soon!

I asked for 250ft of hose. Long story short they sent me 2 100ft hours and 1 50ft hose. Not even those hose I wanted. (Much heavier.) And I coulr never get any response back. So I got stuck with it. But since it was a backup I didn't make much fuss. Now I need it and let's just say life sucks. I'd definitely go through another company. They seem to be too busy to give good customer service here. Super nice people. Just not happy with my purchase one single bit.

I drove 5 hours to get my enclosed trailer outfitted with all new equipment and it was a great experience! Trudy and Shane were great to work with and helped me a great deal. Colby was a superstar and stayed late to finish my install in 1 day! Cudos to the whole staff and I highly recommend them for all your pressure washing needs!

Fast shipping, but a little disappointed when an item wouldn't be replaced when it was damaged in shipping. Items listed in stock on the website helps when ordering without having to call. I will continue ordering small items, but order large items closer to home.
