Very busy place. Can be difficult to get into unless you come a certain way. Check your map. A lot of trucks and no where to stage, so it can be difficult to get in your door. I was loaded in under an hour. Now to see how long the wait for the paperwork is. It took over 2 hours to get my paperwork and that put me getting out in rush hour traffic. For that I’m removing stars.

Stay away from this place. NO place to park, won't let you park on the street, very rude officers Definitely would not send a greenhorn here. Took 6 hours to get loaded on a load that had been ready the day before. I'd give em less than 1 star if possible.

Real mess! So many trucks no one knows whats going on.
Park ypur truck if you find available space somewhere
Go to the office then you need to check in with tablets attached to the windows.( make sure you know you plate# and take you license pick up #) then make sure you find the your load and click Finish. You should receive msg. They they will call you!
Arrived 1pm.
Got the dock in 3h
Left facility at 9pm.

there are transport and cargo places that do not change their way of working, picking up a pallet you have to wait as if you were picking up a full load, they do not understand that the truck to do partials has many pick-ups, not just one pick-up, the location is the worst It has a lot of space but it is useless because the service is lousy, thanks for experience 30 years ago.

This place is busy and looks like 24/7. Bathrooms are not clean but they have one outside next to office. The office is in the middle, parking anywhere I’m sure you’ll see when you get here. You can call ahead to check on your load they are very accurate. I was told 3am my load will be ready and 3am on the dot they called with a door. How it takes time for loading 40 mins for loading and up to 1-2 hours to get papers. They don’t have food but have some vending machines. Also make sure your trailer doesn’t smell and is some clean or else they will tell you to wash it out. Also don’t follow the gps but take right onto 67th st and go around.
