Sentry Storage

As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the desk must have read my mind. She knew exactly what I needed, gave me other helpful information, was very happy to assist, and I got a free pen (lol)! The customer service was something to tell others about :-).

Horrible service! The owner lady was giving the customer infront of me a hard time about the signature on the back of her credit card over a box of bubble wrap. Told me that i could not rent a trailer after i drove two hours for a reservation that was confirmed by uhual website. Therefore, i had to go to another location to get the reservation. Then they told us that we were blocking the access road to the storage bays when the access way is barely large enough to get a car in. Not mention a small facilty so there was no traffic waiting! Absolutely rude horrible service! Never again. Going somewhere else!

This place does not deserve one star. Extremely disappointed by the treatment we received at this place. To our dismay, the attendant asked us to stand outside in the blazing heat while he checked the mileage on a rental truck. I asked why do you want us to stand outside while you get mileage, and he replied "I am here alone." Really???? I only had a wallet on my person and my law enforcement husband didn't have pockets large enough to steal boxes and mailing supplies.

We have experienced many things in this life, but never have we experienced such treatment from any business. I dare not EVER patronize this place again. We deserve much better then what we got.

OK, so this place is part of the pack and ship store I already reviewed. It is staffed by the same people as the pack and ship side so it must be good too! Because I can't believe the same people who are so good on one side of the business would not have the same work ethic just because they went into the other side of the building?!

I can't thank this location enough. I had rented a U-Haul at the end of July and unfortunately left my wallet inside after I dropped it off. By the time I went back to the location, it had already been rented out and was gone to its next destination. The local U-Haul staff in Chesapeake, Virginia were completely unhelpful and would not get back to any request I made to try and recover my wallet so at that point, I thought my wallet was long gone.

Fast forward to last week when I got a call from Sentry Storage who told me they recovered my wallet with everything inside of it. I was beyond elated and they were super friendly and nice on the phone. They even mailed my wallet back to me at no cost and now today I have my old wallet back, filled with years of mementos and memories that I thought were lost forever. Thank you so much guys!!

My storage unit was filled with leaves, dirt, spiders and water. Half of my belongings were a lost. You are better off leaving your belongings in the middle of your yard.

They are my go to source for all mailing and shipping needs. I am also a notary who helps when needed. I love each person who works here too.

I returned a car dolly to them that I had acquired in Tampa they were very friendly very professional I would definitely use them for future rentals 😎
