I rented this place out through the no contact way on the website. I got in ok. Put some boxes in but couldn't figure out the key thing. I should've gone to the front desk but I was tired and took a risk to go home to bring back more stuff...

Someone robbed me and thats not their fault BUT they have NO CAMERAS here so rob away I guess because even if I do file a police report they'll never be able to figure out who did it because cameras don't reach the back. They put l them only in the front. I don't even know what I lost but this is a fair warning to anyone else to know there is no real security here.

Anyone can rent a spot. Wait. Rob away and get away with it because they apparently won't be able to see in the back.

Good luck... Im posting this in hopes that the owner does the right thing and adds more security. Not leaving anything of too much importance here.

My unit wasn’t exactly what I had expected but Curtisha was extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. I really appreciated her attention and professionalism because moving is so stressful as it is.

Came in to get a unit for the first time and Toya was very helpful. She answered all questions I had and was very polite and respectful. Great service.

Just want to say what a pleasure it was having to deal wiith Curtisha today. We had some challenges but she was a trooper and handled it with a smile and grace. To be honest I am hoping to deal with her whenever I need help. Thank you Curtisha for being such a pleasure to deal with. Wender H
