As a couple of Brits buying their first car in the USA, what could have been intimidating was a dream. Dealing with Sheri, Cody and Bob at Car Spot was a pleasurable experience. Their "can do" attitude and care of their customers ensured that the purchase of our Cadillac, together with the necessary paperwork, was completed speedily and without fuss. Although there was a minor mechanical issue after the purchase, the service they provided to rectify it within their warranty, was outstanding. I went on KBB and received an Instant cash offer for my truck. With in minutes ,the Car spot texted me and I made an appointment for the next day. While waiting I read all the reviews and I was impressed. This was the best experience I have ever had at any Car lot used or new dealership.Cory and Ashley were wonderful.. I was very pleased with the offer and it was a comfortable experience. My truck was financed so I had to wait for the truck to be paid off before I received a check for the remainder, but it was only a few days. When I went in to get my check I met Sheri who is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Go see them, all the reviews are true. And they are THAT nice.

My wife and I were searching for a gently used car with good mileage and a specific trim. We found a 2019 Honda CRV EXL online at Car Spot and I gave them a call.
I had a price in mind and so I told them my bottom dollar and they said it’d be $1,000 more than that. I said thanks so much and hung up.
Later that day I got a call from the owner personally and he took $500 off the difference, I explained that I wasn’t budging from my price and he said he’d come down if we come get it this weekend, I told him he had a deal.
We took the 2hr drive to Melbourne, Florida and as soon as we got there they let us take it for a test drive. We decided we did want it and it only took 30 or so minutes to cross all the Ts and dot all the I’s and the car was ours!
The staff here are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I’m not kidding when I say this was easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Next time I’m in the market for a car I’m going to make sure that I can buy it from Car Spot!

Great place great customer service went in there trying to find a truck for my girlfriend didn’t really see anything we could afford so we talked to Cody and he helped us find the truck we wanted for the right price very helpful every step of the way definitely will be doing business again in the future
