I went in on Tuesday with my husband looking for a pair of Maui Jims. Susie was the attending clerk and she was amazing. She took her time to explain everything. She helped me and my husband find the perfect pair. Her customer service is outstanding, she’s friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If you are interested in sunglasses, please ask for her.

Our salesperson Jasmine was very helpful with our selection of sunglasses to meet our needs, best fit for our faces and explaining the differences between brands and models. She was very knowledgeable of all their products. I would recommend her to anyone looking for the right sunglasses.

Really bad experience. My wife and daughter are regular customers here and they got me a pair of Rayban glasses and gave me a gift certificate. Unfortunately I misplaced the certificate and came back here to see if I could exchange them but I was told I had to bring the certificate which I did today. Just to be told that they couldn't exchange the pair of glasses because I had already gone past the warranty time. .

This was my 3rd Ray Ban sunglasses I purchased in this store recently. Jackie is always so helpful to pick out my glasses for me for my girlfriend and for my mom’s birthday. If you go to this location at the promenade ask for Jackie because she will help you to find the perfect sunglasses that fits you. One of my sunglasses needed adjustment and they didn’t do it right in Orlando but when i went to this store Jackie knew exactly what to do and she was super sweet about it . Fits perfect since and she told me i can go back anytime if i need adjustments again. Amazing customer service by her soon as you walk in to the store. 5 stars!!!

The sales manager Jackie was great! Very kind and patient with us while we were picking out our sunglasses. Only recommendation is to check in sunglass online to see if the ones you want are on sale -they’ll price match their website. Thanks Jackie!

While I don't care much at all for retail shopping and I only buy sunglasses once a decade or so, I cannot say enough about the excellent service, support and cooperation I received from Renata at your Coconut Creek store. I've been to other Sunglass Huts and other sunglass stores in search of a Christmas gift for my wife. They all offered something similar or even larger that "might fit". Renata HEARD me and took the necessary action to order exactly what I needed. I bought other accessories, but she processed the sunglass order first to give me that little extra time to make sure the order was processed that day. It's that kind of customer care that's sorely missing in the retail world.

As I said, I don't buy sunglasses often but I may dump my glass cleaner just to stop by and get the free refills Sunglass Hut offers just to be delighted by Renata once more. Such a rare find in today's retail world.

African-American lady was awesome to deal with. The other Latina lady with a wheel chair dude in store was a disaster. Super prideful. Rude. When I went to return a pair of $250 glasses that didn’t fit properly after a week of use she spent A lot of time looking them over and asking me questions as if she was a police officer at a crime scene. Unless she owns the store she is costing this store business.
