I've spoken with Natalie, Diana, Yamairy, and each one was really helpful. At times my call will drop and one of them would call moments later. They made everything real smooth and easy. Customer service was great for me thanks to each of you.

Been with them for about two years and at first everything was great but I’ve been calling to try and get a quote on how much it will be to add my fiancé under my policy and get left on hold for god knows how long. Dial one since it says get a quote but either the call gets dropped and before it getting dropped I get told I have to call and speak to someone else since I already have a policy which I completely understand but why do I get left on hold for so long and never get to actually speak to someone. It’s honestly really irritating

They are pretty great good customer service

Terrible customer service. You wait on hold forever only for them to hang up repeatedly. They say you have roadside assistance but then when you call to find out who to contact for help they say you have to pay out of pocket even though on the binder it indicates they will pay for the service. I will not be renewing with them and would not recommend them for any auto insurance or any insurance needs at all. They need to be closed down for scamming people at dealerships for profit.

As slimy as described by others. Hang up over and over and can't wait to get you off the phone. Inflate charges to help the dealerships.

Don’t ever buy insurance here. First they charge you $150 on top of the real down payment when you are referred by a dealership because they pay that to the dealership as a referral bonus. They are super unprofessional and when you need assistance after getting a policy with them they have the worse customer service or they puts you on hold for ever or tell you somebody is going to call you back and they never do.
